Non working of Printing preferences dialogue for HP LJP2035?

Hi Friends,

I am facing problem in using print preferences for my HP Laserjet P2035 printer while printing through CDGS x7.2. There is no problem in using print preferences while printing through MSOffice2007, CDGS x6, etc. Error message is attached below.

Thanks for your response. I even cleared the suggested print issues, but the print preference dialogue box doesn't coming up. It makes CDGS x7 useless to us only for this issue. Pls. see the screen shot.

I have the same problem. Error only occurs with HP CP1215 printer. Printer works fine with all other programs. Only an issue with this printer. All other installed printers work OK in X7,

Only a guess but is it possible that these apps are 32-bit and Draw X7 64-bit?
Sounds like a printer driver issue.
