Hi, does anyone know how I can add sRGB as a color space option to the old Corel Draw 5 Version 5.00.G1 (NOT CorelDraw X5) as only RGB is showing as an option. Also do you know if it is possible to get updates or patches for it as this version is obsolete according to the person from Corel that I had an online chat to. Couldn't find anything for it on the Corel site. Many thanks for your help.
There are patches for the old version 5 at ftp://ftp.corel.com/pub/CorelDRAW/DRAW5Suite and an index of them at ftp://ftp.corel.com/pub/CorelDRAW/DRAW5Suite/50_index.txt but I think probably G1 already includes most of them.
Of possible interest is the file COLMAN.TXT "Text version of the Ventura chapter uploaded that describes the colour manageme features of the Corel 5 suite" though I'm not sure if it will help you to add sRGB. My guess is that it is equivalent to asking a dog with only one leg to run instead of walk.
