CorelPhotoPaint with Windows 10, brush and erase don't start where cross is pointing at, but up and to the left about an inch, any fix for that?

Hello, I have upgraded to Windows 10 and now have a problem with the paint tools not starting at the point I am aiming at, but up higher and to the left, then when I drag to paint, the line drops down to where my pointer is at, but I get that diagonal line I don't want at the start.  Didn't have any problem doing this under Windows 7.  Using CorelDraw 9 Photo Paint.  The same thing happens when I use the Eraser tool, it doesn't erase where my pointer is aimed at, but up and to the left of that point, then when I move the erase tool to the right, it starts erasing from the upper left and erases a path down and to the right, to the point where my eraser is at, then erases at where the tool is at until I stop.

Has anyone else had this problem with Windows 10 yet?  Thanks
