Bitmaps -> Color Transform -> Bit Plane (Corel X8)

Hi Folks,

I want to use the Color Transform Bit Plane Effect in a VB.NET API. But i don't know how.
Normaly i record a Macro to find special Commands or Mehods but if i recording the Color Transform i only get an empty Macro. 
Can somebody help me ?
