can we achieve this with macro ?
*ignore the color, it just to tell the shape is separated.
With normal breakapart, we get all shape separated. Sometime we just need the shape to be separated, just like the 3rd item in image.
im curious, how it can be done with macro?

What do you want to have finally?
The possibility to give each character a different colour (as shown in your image) or split the text shape in two parts where one part contains e.g. the first and 5th character, the second part the remaining characters (as you described)?
One way to solve it is to convert the text to a curve. This curve contains a lot of sub paths which either represent a character body or the holes in the body.
You have to figure out, if it's a body or a hole, in this case you have to cut out the hole of the body. Then – depending on your needs – you can either use the shapes a standalone shapes or group them as part of the text.
The colour is not necessarily different. I just need every single letter split into one single shape, this kind of macro should be working in another shape rather than just text, maybe vector art.
