Background Fill

I have CorelDraw 2019 and if I Draw a Shape I know how to go to Add a Background Pattern.

I remember with other CoreDraws that had more Background Patterns.

I remember Checker Pattern and Old Wall Papper Pattern but now I have like 5. Background Patterns.

What am I not understanding?
