I currently use the Corel X6, but I have installed the new version 2019 to try because I really wanted to upgrade, but after the installation, I cant see the preview of my CDR files in either version... How can I fix this please? pLUS IT SAYS 15 DAYS TRIAL AND IT HASN'T BEEN EVEN 3 and it is already gone the trial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I restarted my computer and the trial wont work anymore. What a disappointment.

Hola, Adriana, go to Windows Control Panel, select CorelDRAW X6 and choose "repair", that should fix the problem.
I have not idea about the 3-days issue, the Trial was launched the March, 12th so even if you installed the trial the first day it should be still active. Contact with Corel support about this (or use a different account for use the trial)
Thank you so much for your attention!! Yes, I have tried to repair and it didn't work.... About the trial, believe me, it wouldn't allow me to open anymore, it would take me to the registration window with no other option, I had to uninstall and still lost my previews.... tried to repair.. reinstall my X6 but no luck.... Now I am concerned of jumping to 2019 because this might be a bug.. I dont know what to do...

No, this could be a local conflict with your previous installation. I have X7, 2018 and 2019 ins the same computer without any conflict.
Maybe you can figure out now... My OS is Windows 8, I just installed the 2018 and the previews came...
Something happened when I installed the 2019 version.... I have no idea what was, but thanks God looks like it is fine now....

I have this issue as well. I have X7 and 2019. I've tried the repair fix and it didn't work either. Could uninstalling X7 fix the problem?
