OK after few weeks I find Draw2019 very buggy and not fit for release.
Most of the bugs are minor but today I got into serious trouble outputting film with gradient fill. At first I suspected the RIP (FilmMaker v10 XL) but after hours of testing and trying all workarounds it seems to be the PostScript driver in CDR.
This is the file for output:
This is the PrintPreview in CDR, all good.
This is the FilmMaker preview Here the trouble begins, see the difference in the gradient fill.
I tried to export as AI, EPS, PDF, CMX but it always went wrong in the printer driver. I did a print to Device Independent PS file and opened it in Illustrator and there you can see the error in the gradient fill.
At last I could make the film by making a PDF from CDR to open and output directly from Illustrator.
Not good...
Is this a PS 3 device? Dis you set to PS three in the print dialog in CD?
Same result if I choose PostScript 3 in CDR Print dialog
I'm going to forward this to Corel as a link to this post, please post all device information driver, device manufacturer ECT.
Here is SysInfo, I can't upload the CDR file, its 1.5MB but I can send as E-mail if needed

I'm interested on see the CDR file and also know the settings on print and Publish as PDF
I noticed that the objects are mirrored on the document, but also the file information is on mirror. Not sure if it's relevant, but certanly is not normal
I am unable to reproduce this issue. If this is still an issue can you send me the file? corey.piccioni@corel.com Also, I am using FilmMaker 10 XL. Can I get the exact steps you are taking so I can see if I can reproduce this.
Can this file be shared I'd love to test other work flows
What happens if you didn't use mirror? Most printers allows to make the mirror inside the printer's driver. So, besides the error, maybe you can print directly, without use mirror
Good idea!
Don´t know if it works, I just do the "old" workaround to convert all gradient to bitmap when this happens now. But I will try and mirror it in the RIP when I have the time to play around...
What happens if you don't use a mirror? Most printers allow mirroring in the printer driver at filmy4wapin they also talk a lot about this issue but I don't really understand it
