Can we get a Refund or Credit for defective product. CorelDraw 2019 is defective and the Update has not resolved the main issues.

What happened to the Extrude tool, nothing works at all

The tool does not function, I have both updates and no preset workspace, I have F8 reset, the tool does not work- nothing
I don't know what problems you are seeing, but one change in 2019 is that the Extrude docker does not have "Edit" or "Apply" buttons.
In order to use the Extrude docker, you have to create the extrusion first, e.g., by using the interactive Extrude tool, or by copying the effect from another extrusion.
