Cannot open encrypted pdf files generated from Coreldraw graphics suite 2019 in Acrobat 9 Pro

Hi all,

Whenever I generate a pdf from CoreldRAW 2019 64 Bit (Windows) using the publish to pdf option (Compatability - Acrobat 9.0/DC, Security--> Permission Password enabled), I cannot open the same in Acrobat 9 Pro. Adobe Acrobat says "There was an error opening the document. A number is out of range." 

The same file, if I am using CorelDRAW 2017 using the same settings, I can open in Acrobat Pro without any problem. 

For this reason, we cannot use CorelDRAW 2019.

Please help.
