Hello!
I´m using Corel 9 for ages now and need to switch to a newer version as Corel 9 has some bugs with Windows 10. I´m using Corel, mostly PhotoPaint, on a non-commercial basis, just for personal stuff. I found the 2019 Home & Student version today and wonder if this is the correct buy for me. The price seems ok. I was reading about a bug with displaying masks and that there are no updates on that for the Home & Student version. Is that true? Is there way to test the software for 30 days first? Will there be a 2020 version Home & Student?
Thanks!
imo, no. Might check out inkscape. It's free.
Inkscape might not be an alternative to PhotoPaint though. What about an OEM SE version?
Gimp for raster images?
Do you use CMYK or LAB color models?
Tried that a few years ago but too much into Corel PhotoPaint, so I´ll stick with that.
