objects outside page

I'm new in Suite 2020 and I used to work with X7 till last month.
Usually when I place objects outside the page (A4 for an example) and I have multiple pages, I can still see the objects around.
Now in 2020 if I have an objet outside the page 1 I cannot see it in page two etc.

What can I do?

Thank you

franco

  • This was changed in Draw 2019 to fix the illogical behavior of objects moving automatically from one layer to another (Desktop), and they could even shift position during the right (or wrong) circumstances when switching page or saving.

  • Object manager, gear icon turn off keep desktop objects on layer. Corel in the Canadian wisdom didn't tell users crap. They with 2019 just changed the default behavior for millions of users, in 2020 the did nothing to improve the situation.

To make matters worse the programming is awful,  you have no idea until after you open a clients CDR file which operational mode the file was saved. CorelDRAW 2019 and 2020 files are the first versions of CorelDRAW since version 4 that I will not accept native files.
