Im having a hard time trying to figure out how to upload variable fonts. I know where to go to get them and I know where to find them on corel. My problem is I download a zip file how do I add that font list to Corel. Im a one week old newbie any help would be great.

Variable fonts install direct into the Windows OS the same way as any font. Just right-click on the font file and select "install." If you just want the font to be read by Corel's Font Manager place the font file in the target folder or folders you have Font Manager using. When you select a variable font, such as Bahnscrift (the one variable font included in Windows 10), the variable axis options become available on the tool bar.
I hit download and it pops up on the bottom feed. That seems to be about it. It just gives me a zip file I dropped into the fontdata base under the corel folder and it didnt do anything. Do I have to unzip the folder and if so Im sorry im not sure how to do that
