From some time I can't save As or export any file. Simply dialogue with settings is empty and "OK" button is not available. I was trying different things but no luck. I need help please.

Have you tried restarting the application holding the F8 key?

Wow resetting the workspace didn't work, that sucks. Reboot if that does not work try a repair install.
