How do I make the page appear in 100% screen size?
For example, a page width of 21 cm is 21 cm when I measure it on the screen.

You can do this in CorelDRAW. First, get a ruler to use for comparison. In Tools menu>Options>Tools, select Zoom/Pan. Click on the Calibrate Rulers button, and in this window change the horizontal and vertical resolution numbers to match your ruler and then click OK. I also added a shortcut button for 1:1 zoom on my toolbar next to the Zoom levels, so I can see what 100% looks like with one click.
