Any way to Disable F1 / Help --> interrupts w/ a website visit

Yes, disable it. F1

Im heavy w/ shortcuts and my fat finger strikes that key once in a while
and I go to the online help which is annoying.

At least have the option to disable.

  • I suggest you try AutoHotkey, which is a free and very useful app that makes it easy to automate different things.

It can be used to create small to complex scripts for all kinds of task, and disabling keys that you don't use (like Caps Lock, Insert or F1 for example) is very easy.

Install AutoHotkey and create a script file (basically a text file with an .ahk extension) and put it (or a shortcut) in the Autostart folder.
AutoHotkey will then run silently in the background and the script file can contain hundreds of different small scripts, either general or program specific.

The code for disabling F1 is F1::Return
