Does anyone have problems welding larger items with shapes and text? When I group the items and go to weld, half the design disappears and I get lines shooting all over the place.

Can you share an example? A CorelDRAW file with content that you want to weld, and where you see those kinds of problems?
You can't upload a .CDR file directly. You can wrap it in a .ZIP file, or put the file somewhere online and share a link.
Before, then I select Shape Weld and the second picture is what I get - thanks for any suggestions!
