New computer. Just upgraded to CorelDraw Standard 2021. Can't find some functions that I used to use.

Hey folks, 

New to the forum so let me know if this is in the wrong place.  Just set up a new machine and purchased the new version of the software.  I've been using Corel Photo-Paint daily for over 20 years.  

I'm stumped as to how to do a few things that used to be easy to figure out.  

1. Where has invert color moved to?  There used to be a simple Image - Transform - Invert Color  but I don't see that option any longer.  

2. Where are the blurring effects?  I used to use Gaussian blur almost daily.  It used to be at Effects - Blur - Gaussian blur  but I'm not seeing any of my familiar blur effects.

    Two things that might be coming into play here...

    1. With CorelDRAW 2019, a substantial number of changes were made, and changes have continued with versions since then. So, something might be there, but not in the same place as it used to be.
    2. CorelDRAW Standard is not the same thing as the "full" CorelDRAW Graphics Suite. It is in some ways "stripped down" when it comes to certain features.
