How to make This automatically in CorelDraw

Hello guys

I need to do this kind of Effect for my job, but takes a lot of time to do this. This one in the picture I made manual, but i think that the CorelDraw have a way to do this automatically.

How could I do the same effect in another jobs?

The Circles need to be this way, not a dot
