The curves of the letters are not smooth.
Converted to curves:
When exporting to jpeg, tiff, etc., this problem is quite unpleasant.
I found out what was happening. When the text is filled with a solid color, everything is OK, but when filled with fountain fill, the letters are deformed. I think this is a bug of CorelDRAW, not fonts, resolution or antialiasing
can you attach a file sample for test it?

it seems a screen rendering issue, at certain distance it looks wrong, but when you zoom in it looks fine
The issue is not just the screen, but also when exporting to a raster graphics
I approve! I've tried the file and the same issue happens here. I have CorelDRAW 2017.BUT, I've also tried different fonts. They don't all react the same way. Some remain clean, some don't.I can't even say it's a TTF or a OTF file.I think the best solution, when applying gradients to a font, is to convert it to curves before export it to any format.
I understand sometimes we meet glitches in programs. But for developpers, trying to test EVERY SINGLE possiblity a designer might come up with is quite, how should I put it, impossible! And that is FOR ANY GRAPHICS PROGRAM as well. You might not meet any problems regarding THIS particular issue with another program, but this other program will have other glitches Corel won't have. It's part of this beautiful world! Nothing's perfect! If everything in the world would be perfect, how would we know about it? ;-)
No, there's no need to convert to curves. it's only visual on screen. The printed results has not difference between curves and text.
And sometimes we must choose between more speed or more visual quality.
Sorry Ariel, this time you're wrong. There really is a difference. Exactly like the first image shown. It's not a print screen but an actual JPG exported file. The same thing happens here.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I publish as PDF and it seems to be correct.
I'll check as JPG later
Yes, I must agree that JPG look terrible and ugly. But TIF (with default values) looks great
This is an exported image. The deformations of the text are clearly visible. I have the feeling that the problem is more noticeable in non-Latin characters.
Anti-aliasing is ON. Please see the image in full screen or 1:1.
