Hello there,
I got a Logo with round about 1.000 objekts. The Prob is, that every objekt got a very tiny space between each other. So if I convert the vectors into a bitmap, I got a lot of small with lines in my logo. My clue was now to create for each objekt a outline in the color of the objekt itself. By hand it is no problem (mark the objekt, go to the manager, select outline and then the pipette to select the colore of the objekt) but is there a option to select all objects and then set the outline colore to the colore of each single object?
other conclusion was to make every objekt just 0.1 % bigger, so they will overlap each other and the tiny white space is gone too. But it seams to be impossible. If I select all objects together and change the size, the logo itself just getting bigger with the with tiny space. If I select each object by its own and make it bigger, it works.
Sorry for my very bad english, hope u understand my problems??
this is likely just temporary viewing problem due to anti-aliasing.
Hey Jeff,
thx for ur fast answer.
Unfortunately the thing with the viewing options dont work. If I change the setting to normal, the white lines are gone, but in the jpg or bmp file, they are back again.
I will try the macro now, thx a lot!
As Jeff pointed out, one way to fight the anti-aliasing problem is to duplicate the content exactly on top of itself. When CorelDRAW anti-aliases both copies of the content, it reduces the "white lines" effect.
If you are willing to upload your file or share a link to it, I have a macro for exporting jpg or png (non-transparent) that might be able to get rid of the "white lines" problem.
did the logo originate from an eps file? Sounds to me like the logo was made with adobe using gradient fills then saved as eps. Bad move there sparky.
