Object> convert Outline to Object
WORK AROUNDConvert to bitmap then t4race it.
Try scaling the object and outline thickness 200% try again.
Or export to .ai., .Eps or .pdf. bring into Adobe Illustrator, expand there then reimport.
It was a matter of to small of a scale.this issue happened when working in business card size. New Doc > Letter size fixed the issue.
