Recently I purchased a iBall pen tablet. But I could not understand how to use it on corel draw X4 for vector design. Can anybody please help me?
If you have installed all the drivers or similar that MIGHT have come with your iball pen tablet, then I guess it should start to work like any kind of tablet, like Wacom tablets. Just connect to your computer , start either coreldraw or photo-paint and start to draw and paint.
Personally I have never used a iBall pen tablet. So I cant help out much more. But generally I always install any typ of drivers on CD or DVDs that comes with the product. After a quick search on the internet it sems U-Logic is the company behind iBall. http://www.superpen.com/ They have a download page on their website. And a contact page. Ask them why it doesnt work, as this shouldnt be a CorelDRAw, Photo-PAint or any other software issue. More the iBall pen issue in conjunction with Drivers and your computer.
Yhey also have a FAQ page, one question on their site seems to be raleted to your issue. http://www.superpen.com/faq.htm
Good luck and have fun drawing!
I'm not sure that I understand your question.
I've never used an iBall, we've been using Wacom tablets for years.
I would imagine your iBall works in a similar way. You use the pen instead of a mouse.
Anything you usually do with a mouse, you can do with your new pen................only more comfortably.
If you want to draw, select one of Corel's drawing tools and draw away.
If this doesn't help, please explain specifically what you don't understand.
Thanks Buddy, But the pen is working fine on "Pen Suite Pro" (this software is supplied in the driver CD). Actually I cant understand how to use it in Corel Draw or Photoshop etc.

Using the pen is similar to using a mouse. when the pen is near, but not touching, the tablet surface, you will see the cursor move as the pen moves. When the pen is touching the surface of the tablet. it is the same as the left mouse button being pressed.
A quick example in CorelDRAW: hover the pen over the tablet, until the cursor reacts to the presence of the pen over the surface and follows the motion of the pen. Move the cursor over the toolbox of CorelDRAW until it is over the rectangle tool. Tap the surface of the tablet with the pen (while it is still over the rectangle tool), and you have now selected the rectangle tool. Now hover over the workspace part of DRAW and bring the pen down to the surface of the tablet, this will start your drawing of a rectangle. While still touching the surface of the tablet, move the pen down and to the right, a small distance. Now lift the pen from the surface of the tablet. You have just drawn a rectangle.
From here on, just play with the tablet until you get comfortable with it.
