PNG & GIF Export -- Apply Property Error

When I export a PNG and go through the naming, sizing, and transparency windows, I receive the following error message:
Apply Property Error
An error occurred when writing the property 'Authors' to the file 'xxxxxx.png"
Try Again  or  Cancel
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank You.

    what OS? What level of permissions does the user have? Are you up-to-date
    with all the SPs for X4? Are you up-to-date with the updates for your OS?
