Can someone help me out. I need to create this effect on some text, novice user and can't figure it out. Using Corel X4

white outline (outline behind fill and rounded corners in outline pen F12)
red outside contour (use contour tool)

Hello Rendrag; The way I would do it is like Hunter said with the contour tool. adjust the first contour setting for the space you want between the letters and the outline then select the apply, brake the text and the contour apart, select the outline and adjust the contour to the thickness you want and select the apply brake these apart and combine the two lines and add color.
