I have a problem with CorelDraw X4, some tools like save, save as, copy, cut, export doesn't work. Please help e to solve this problem.

In windows, go to the services panel (start > run > services.msc) and make sure Protexis Licensing is running. It should have a startup type of automatic.
You can also try restarting it.

Try installing the DVD and use the "Repair" function available.
You can try holding down the "F8" key while starting Corel, If that doesn't work do what Graewerld Said.
