Hello Seve; You can try adding a lot more nodes to any rounded objects. It depends on which CAD program you are using to how bad they show up. And you can also try DWG or DFX format sometimes that will help. It the way a CAD draws a curve.
George
what type of plotter are you using?

X5 was giving me similar results. Going to the Advanced tab and changing the curve resolution to a much lower number helped me. Caused the .plt files to become much larger, but at least they were usable.
Seve; If it's for cutting software try a ai or eps file for vector, or PDF, tif, gif for raster.
SeveSears said: Can I get someone help me? When I have a cdr file and need to save it as a plt file for my plotter the saved file has several little straight lines to make a curve insted of one smooth curved line. This didn't start happening until I upgraded to Corel Draw x4.
What cruve resolution are you using when you export to PLT? The lower the number the more nodes will be used to create the curves.
Edit: Did not mean to step on John Thaanum toes, Some how I overlooked his response.
