Converting an Image into a Jpeg

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I am new to CorelDraw X4 and I was hoping to gain some advice on how to convert an image i created into a Jpeg. You see, I obtained CorelDraw X4 with the intention of creating a label for my company and then trademarking said label. Unfortunately the US trademark office requires a jpeg image, and I have no idea how to convert my label. Any advice is much appreciated.

Thank you,

  • Export, JPEG

Note: you might need to have a no-fill no-outline object just a little
larger than your actual image in order to allow the edges of your design
to not get slightly cut off, especially if there is a border.

You can specify in the JPEG dialogue the PPI and compression factors,
etc. Be sure the PPI (pixels/inch) meets the US TM office specification,
which is not in front of me right now (did one such submission for a
client about 3 years ago, I think)
