Anyone know of a key & mouse click combo to remove a fill? i.e. shift click, or alt click? example would be to hover the mouse over an object and key+mouse click to remove the fill of that object.

In X7 it just deletes the object.
Why wouldn't you just select the object and click the no fill well.
Being right handed I would find the Shift+Del combo awkward.

Yes Harry, that's exactly what it should be. When we build a design for clients we have to type a lot of specs so the client knows exactly what they're paying for. Qty, Material, Single-sided or Double-sided, grommets, wind holes, framing, hardware etc. It would be nice to have a "clickable" form to just check off from a list and then info is put on the page for us.
p.s. did I mention how much I hate typing
