does anyone know if there is a way to convert a font to single line? I have tried giving a font no fill, then black outline but then its a "double line" and all I want is a single line right down the center of the letters that I can change to hairline
any ideas?
after a few mins on google, I found 11 single line fonts that installed directly into Corel X4 and work perfectly. I even went back and tried it on my older versions and it worked... but Im still limited to only those few fonts, thought be cool if I could just "convert" all fonts with something like inside contour or other way, but Im having a hard time figuring out how.

I specialize in unusual ideas... maybe this workflow I came up with just now can offer possibilities for you.
Jeff, that is a good idea and sorta works. I tried it on a few fonts and the idea works, but the outcome seems to be a little "choppy" and lines arent very smooth. But for sure heading in right direction
I should say I did this with centerline trace function X4, and I used default settings.
So, selecting lines later and smoothing, or playing with settings in Powertrace will help.
