X4 Crashing

My X4 has a nasty habit of crashing when I try to rotate an object--not always but all too frequently.  It doesn't matter whether it's freewheeling or constrained rotation I'm attempting.  It is obviously causing undue wasted effort and time.  Anyone have an explanation, or better yet a cure?  Thanks, KJ.

    Hello KJ.

    Have you tried an F8 reset to your X4 (I assume it is) DRAW program, yet?

    To do so, close DRAW (or PP, if that is what you are using) and then press and hold down the F8 key, and start DRAW (or PP, if that is the one causing your problem). Once the dialog appears, asking if you want to reset back to the factory defaults, answer, "Yes".

    Note, that this will remove any customization that you have made to your work environment. If there are items of customization that you feel would take too much effort or time to reconstruct, you may want to save those off, first. (Tools->Options-Workspace->Export)
