I am new to Vector art and the tool. Where is the library of character that will help me generate something like the ones below?
I am sure there is some library or something that will help me drag and drop hands, legs and facial expression to create cartoon character.
I see many characters almost similar on various web. Where can i get such characters?
CorelDraw is the tool one would use to make clip art like in your examples. I don't know of any package of clip art that is body parts that let you create characters as in an assembly line. If you can't draw them manually, likely you are left with the exhausting task of searching whats out there, which can often go nowhere.
