CorelDraw X7 Extrude not the same width as object?

Hi there,

I'm creating an extrusion from an oval, but the extrusion isn't the same width as the original object. The extrusion outside lines do not run from the quadrant node, rather a few millimetres inwards. Anyone come across this problem before?
