with out manually doing so...

I would use a spreadsheet application like OpenOffice Calc or MS Excel to generate such numbers & then use it in CorelDRAW ( May be with Print Merge feature)
The macro Jeff pinpointed a while back works great for autonumbering. I believe it is at macromonster.com... Pagenumberer.gms
I got it and tried it and it was easy. Think there's a little 'video' or at least some good instruction on using it all included.

Page number is a freebie, and is for numbering pages. Go figure. :-)
