Can't find a object

I checked on the  content manual, I found CGS01917 interesting. I copy the CGS01917 in connnect, can't find it. I know it's on my HDD.

    Hi asterix, if it is on your hard drive you should do a windows search by typing in the name and see what comes up.

    some times I do not look when I save things and I can not find them so I go back and do the save again up to the point where I can see where I saved last time and that is where I look for it
