Hi all,
I want to sequentially number a form which I know how to do - what makes this different is it is a 3 part form, so I want 3 pages numbered 001, then 3 numbered 002, etc.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance,
Bill V
yes, same size, font, etc. - only difference from usual numbering job is the need for the first 3 pages to have the same number (ie: 001), then the next 3 pages the same number (002) and so on. We will be printing on pre-collated 3 part ncr paper, hence the need for each number 3 times
Is this only one designed page that is the same (except for the page number) for every copy you are going to print?
If that is the case, then Print Merge might do what you want.
Your page number would be put in as a "merge field", and you would set up the data source (e.g., a CSV file from a spreadsheet) to have rows like:
001001001002002002
...and so on.
