I need to convert image from RGB to CMYK: Black Ink Limit 80%, C+M+Y+K < 280%. In Adobe Photoshop I'm using "Convert to Profile > Custom CMYK". In Photo-Paint I'm using "Export soft proof..." to control conversion, but there is no possibility to set parameters of ink limit.
How to make something like "Custom CMYK" in Corel Photo-Paint?

This is all academic, simply convert to CMYK using U.S. web coated swop and edit the tone curve (all channels) up.
Create a black object R0 G0 B0 then convert it to an Adobe RGB image, then you can set your CMYK profile to different profiles and read the result in th eeyedropper tool. When you find a TIC 280 CMYK profile use it for all those conversions.
I would simplyu use a WEB uncoated.
