Corel Photo Paint x5

Is there an easier way/one step or toggling way to copy colors and then fill with the fill tool? I am still learning. Right now I use the selection tool to click on a color, then drag the color from the brush two color palette below to the fill color box, then I can fill the color. I need to be able to change fill colors rapidly.

thanks, Kirk

    1. Select the colour object in the object docker
    2. Go to the Menu >Adjust>Replace Color
    3. Use the old color eyedropper sample and change to the new colour using the new colour eyedropper tool

    See attached Print Screen

Part from this it would be easier to understand what you need help with if you explain a bit more in detail in a 1,2,3 kind of way. That way I know what you are trying to to and accomplish.

    • Is this what you want?

RIGHT-click an area using the Eyedropper tool to sample a color for the Fill, then press F on your keyboard to switch to the Fill tool.

Your question is a bit confusing. I think you may have the terminology mixed up. Be sure to read all about Choosing colors with the Eyedropper and Fill tools under the Help menu.
