Hi Friends,
After CDGS x6.2 update, there is some FONT VISIBILITY AND PRINT problems observed at my system, which is definitely intolerable. The screen shot is attached below for reference.
Is this problem specific to my system only? Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
with regards,Anil.

The first problem can be solved by increasing the Miter limit in the Outline Pen dialog. You need something like 40° to correct these spiked corners.
Don't know about the second one (don't see it here), but try to reboot and see if it is still there. Is there more than one Bookman Old Style installed perhaps? Could be a conflict.
Are you sure these appeared after you installed X6.2?

Yes, these problems appeared after x6.2 update.
Regarding problem 1, I further investigated the outline miter limit is presently 5° to all my new CorelDraw files, which appear 45° in my previous version files.
How it can be restored to the default value 45°? Do I try F8 reset to restore CorelDraw setting to defaults, which is my least preferred option?
For problem 2, I have checked the fonts folder and found its single installation. At present, the problem appears specific to the Bookman Old Style font only. Should I try remove and reinstall it?
Reboot doesn't affect the font appearance, it worked only for the Arial Black font on the day next as I used CorelDraw x6.2 first after its update.
Thanks,
regards,Anil.
Hello Anil; are you using the Font Nav. that comes with X6, X6.1, or the latest ver. or something else? Also check to see if you have the latest video drivers for your system.

No, I never ever used Font Navigator or any other font manager apps.

I checked my system for latest video driver update and it determined that it is up to date.
