I would really like to install these updates, but it will not except my login info. I can only reset my password so many times. Has anyone else had this problem? really driving me crazy.
Hello Tubb; Try using the update in the Help at the top of your work page.
George
Whats the error you get while trying to sign in. Did you get a confirmation email from Corel and did you validate your email account by clicking on the link sent to you. Many times the mail is put in Spam folder. Some times the mail cannot be generated/sent due to some Firewall settings on local machine.
I had to once create a new account. Maybe get a new @gmail.com address and give it a try. Keep us posted.
Mike, I never suggest to re-register a copy of Corel which is already registered under some other email id. I have experienced a messup at my clients office. I think Corel (I mean the server) thinks the serial key is compromized. I had to follow up, provide valid proof of purchase and other details to get a brand new serial key for my client. The earlier serial key was disposed off by Corel.

OK, so here is where I am at right now. When I try to update using the "help" menu as some showed above, It asks me to login in order to download the updates. After I attempt to login, I get this message
"This product serial is not associated with a membership or subscription........"
My problem with this is that when i sign into corel.com (with the same accoount that I am trying to download the updates with), the suite is listed in my "regeistered products". At this point, I am at a loss.
