Hi,
I'm looking for a couple of splatter style brushes to use in Corel Draw and Photopaint but every site I have been to either gets flagged by my AV software as dodgy or they just look and feel strange and no brushes appear to be available.
So, maybe I should just make my own? But how to do that?
Or is there a reputable site where I can download and install a couple of splatter brushes?
Hello 'Adendum; You can use Corel's Connect to look at and download if you have registered your Corel. You can also use the HELP on the menu bar of the Corel you are using and look up how to make your own Brushes. Good Luck and Have Fun Drawing.

You can use ABR Viewer to preview and export Photoshop brushes as PNGs, and then you can open the PNG in Photo-Paint and create a "brush from mask."
Instructions are on this site: Photoshop Brushes in Photo-Paint
Here's some splatter brushes you can try: http://myphotoshopbrushes.com/brushes/splatter/
I made these 6 splatter brushes in PP using the PNGs from ABR Viewer.

P.S. It's an older tutorial, but I made the above brushes in PP X7.
Thanks to all.
I got there in the end but not in the way I expected. I was trying to produce a faded and word rubber stamp effect on a circle - a bit like you might find in a passport. I ended up manually removing and adding tiny elements rather than using a splatter brush.
This kind of effect :-

Maybe there is a better way?
