I have a list of names for graduation class. if I save from excell as PDF, the names come in corel but some are split, or some have invisible "things" attached.
what is the preferred method to get words from excell to coreldraw, step by step?
Thanks

No, I am ending up with a worksheet object. No option to convert to artistic text.
that's why in the past I tried saves as PDF. i can open that, it is apart, editable. just that sometimes a name gets cut in half, and sometimes there are invisible whatevers that I try to grab and delete, but also accidentally delete parts of names.
I do graduation classes wioth lots of names. Most times schools supply an excell file
Copy data from Excel file then on Corel Draw - Edit Paste special - select Reach Text format. On Importing / Pasting Text Docker select Import tables as Text (worked on X5)

Ok, I print tees shirts also. I've been using Corel for a long time. this is my work around for years. go to excel copy the words. Then open up a new Corel page click on the text tool and type in an "a" now click on the "a" and hit edit text, backspace so the "a" is gone hit paste and there's your text, you can edit and change text size and font.

This method worked great.....
Copy data from Excel file then on Corel Draw - Edit Paste special - select Reach Text format. On Importing / Pasting Text Docker select Import tables as Text
The key words were the import tables as TEXT.
Thanks to all
