HI Expertise am having a problem in Publishing PDF. In my Corel draw X6 there is two images one is hand and another one is pack shot of syrup so the problem is in Coreldraw the image resolution was high but when i publishing to PDF the pack shot image resolution was too low and jagged edges. At the same time the another hand image is fine.we are using PDFX1A standard PDF settings. attached file for reference.
Thanks in Advance.

I gave you the answer already in my previous post:
The pack shot image has a transparent background and since PDF/X-3 doesn't support transparencies, the image will be converted on export, which results in a rather crappy looking image.I don't know why it downsamples the image at the same time (it doesn't seem to be connected to the "ordinary" optional dowsampling in the PDF export) and I don't know why it doesn't use a proper anti-aliasing when doing this, but the result is rather bad.
There are (at least) two things you can do to make it better:
1. Select Acrobat 5.0 compatibility, or higher, which allows transparency. This is the easiest solution but may cause problems with some RIPs/printers.
2. Convert the image to a bitmap without transparency inside Draw before publishing to PDF.Bitmaps > Convert to Bitmap... make sure "Transparent background" is unchecked. Select a suitable resolution. In some cases it is better to "flatten" the drawing, convert bitmaps, effects and complicated fills to one or a couple of bitmaps before exporting. This gives a better chance to achieve desired print result. Vector objects like text, can often be left as vectors on top of the bitmap(s).
Remember to save a copy of the file before doing this.
madhu1friend said:1. I changed rendering resolution to 600dpi but i dint get any changes in PDF. 2. changing bitmap downsampling to 600dpi is works i know but PDFX1-a have standerd settings. so the hand image is 550dpi and it is fine in PDF, the pack shot image is more than 1000dpi but its not good in resolution.
Seems you still didn't understand that you CAN'T use an image with more than 1000 dpi, even you can't print at more than 400 dpi. Yes, you can create a PDF with 600 dpi image,s 1000 dpi images and more, but the result will be printed at 350/400 dpi. Creating a PDf with more resolution is only for see the images better on screen, but it will not change the printed result. Do you want to create a high resolution anyway? No problem, just choose the settings you want (ie PDF X/3 or PDF X/1a) and change "compatibilty" to Acrobat 8.0 or higher. Almost all RIP today are compatible with Acrobat 8.0 at least. Then, go to the "Objects" tab and deselect the resample option for the images (if you have monochrome or grayscale images you should disable both too). Then, save your PDF settings (under the first tab) with the name you want
