Stop Corel X7 from shutting down automatically

please how do I stop my Corel X7 from shutting down anythime i want to export to .jpg. I really need your help. I use win 8.1

    Corel Draw 6 has started doing 2 weird things out of the blue
    On start up it pops up with a little box saying:
    "Unable to load resource DLL:
    ExportPreviewIntl.dll"

    And from there if I click "OK" it opens fine

    THen my other issue is that I cannot export as a JPEG, It just crashes.

    Any ideas?
