Can't find Insert Symbol / Special character in Corel Draw x8. Copy command is also not working

Where to find  insert special characters or symbols like we do from Webdings and Wingdings font. 

For older versions the short cut key was Ctrl+F11. 

I don't see this working in Corel Draw x8.
