Is t here a way in CPP to edit only a selected part of an image? In Photoshop you just have to make a selection (mask), choose pointer tool and then you can move, rotate, scale... this part of the bitmap. I can't find a similar solution in CPP. Thank you in advance!
Hi Pracus, I don't know whether you want to transform the Selection or the image within the selection.1. If you want to transform the shape of the image within the Selection, then do as Harry suggested. (However almost all other tools will work on the image within the Selection.)I have an icon on a home made toolbar to convert a Selection to a layer. In any case, you're probably in for some work to change the image underneath it.2. If you want to transform the Selection itself rather than the image, then use the Mask Transform tool. It's nested with the pick tool.
