add a picture frame

Hi Lena,

You are probably asking for something a lot more complicated, but this was all that I could think of.

If you just want a simplistic red border, then:
1. duplicate image as a layer
2. Create a paper size 10 pixels wider and higher than the image
3. Fill the background with the new paper with red. Add any ornamentation or feathering to the background layer

If you already have a frame in another image.
1. Select the frame. Convert to layer.
2. Place over image.
3. Resize and square up using the Transform tools.

Now what did you really want.
