Gradient Export Problem
To whom it may concern.
I’ve experiment with the Gradient effect in CorelDraw X7 and everything seems fine. The moments I export it to PDF the Gradient effect don’t correspond to what initially looks like in CorelDraw. I’ve switch on the proof color option to see what is wrong, what I can’t understand is, the above Gradient effect button is fine, while the one below change? can someone please help me to resolve this.
It looks to me like your getting a conversion from RGB to CMYK. Is the gradient built with RGB?
If it's built with CMYK build the gradient with soft proofing turned on.
if it were color settings in the application it would be both, can you post the CDR file or a link to it please?
Have a look at this discussion on Colour Management: http://community.coreldraw.com/talk/coreldraw_graphics_suite_x8/f/832/t/55512 Maybe change your colour engine to Microsoft ICM ICC as well. But it is not necessary to change your RGB from sRGB IEC... (MEK had Adobe RGB, which is good, but so is sRGB IEC... - sorry I am too lazy to be accurate about the sRGB IEC numbers)
