Our company recently upgraded to a new Xerox Versant EX-i 80 printer. The print driver has been confirmed correct and works great with all other programs except CorelDraw X7. When printing single pages one at a time- there is no issues. However, when we try and print more than one page at a time (with different orientations, ie. portrait and landscape) and use Match orientation in the print settings, it prints the first page correctly (centered on the page as in document), but all remaining pages are printed offset. The pages move to the bottom left side and cuts off a good junk of the image. I can create a pdf from CorelDraw and it prints fine. It only does this when we try printing from the program itself and the orientation are different. If I change all orientations to the same it prints fine. I am running Windows 10 64bit. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hi, I was wondering if you ever found a fix for this?
Yes, as I had suspected it was not a print driver or a CorelDRAW issue. Our external print server (EX 80 Print Server Powered by Fiery) was not connecting online and doing the cumulative updates automatically as it was designed to do. We ended up connecting manually and installing each update one at a time in the order they were posted. There was a decent list of them and it took many restarts, but after minimal downtime- considering the issue at hand, it resolved itself. I'm not sure exactly which update fixed our problem, but I was pleased with the results. Hope this helps.
image press is right i am using same machine xerox i 80 and faced this issue as well but after updating my print drivers it completly resolved.
