Is there a macro that searches for and displays all active dimension objects? all pages?
still working out the kinks
Here is a macro that lets you "walk through" all of the dimensions on the page, selecting each one in turn:
JQ_Sequentially_Select_Dimensions_2018_08_06_1657.zip.
It looks like this:

Nice. Anyway to .Show modeless so that I can change pages and check for dimensions?
I did this modal because I didn't want to dig in too deeply at this point without knowing more about what your needs were. Not much fun to work up something and then have the prospective user say, "Thanks, but not what I need." because I didn't understand the nature of the problem.
Would it be just as useful to you - or more useful - to get a count of the dimensions for the page, then have a colored rectangle drawn around each of the dimensions? It could have a one-shot cleanup to remove all of the rectangles.
I worked out a kink.
MsgBox sr.Count
